Regular brisk walks or if your more energetic jogging can make a big difference to the look of your legs there are also some simple exercises you can do at home or at your workplace. Sit on a sturdy chair not a swivel one or one that will move easily with your feet on the floor. Hold on to the sides of the chair and sit up straight, then stretch out your left leg until it is completely straight. Hold for a count of two, then slowly lower. Repeat 10-15 times on each leg.
